Working from an office in St. Mary, Jersey, we are a small, friendly team mainly focussing on domestic architecture, from the most diminutive of house extensions and alterations to whole-house remodelling, new-build luxury family homes and large-scale developments. We designed our own house extension several years ago and lived on site throughout the build, so we have first-hand experience of the process! Between us we have lots of ideas and many years of experience across a broad range of building types, so please call if you think we might be able to help you realise your own building vision.

Who we are...

Directors, husband and wife team Chris and Sarah Dunne, lead our small but experienced practice. Our individual strengths compliment each other and we pride ourselves on delivering a friendly, professional and cost-effective service to all of our clients, regardless of the scale of project.

Chris and Sarah both successfully completed Carbon Literacy training in 2024 and can now proudly say they are 'Carbon Literate', so would love to discuss any aspects of your project that could incorporate ways to reduce carbon emissions, whilst also minimising future running costs.
